DDP Yoga!

A huge thank you to Jason Richard who introduced our grade 4 to 6 students to DDP yoga in Physical Education and Wellness classes.  DDP Yoga creates dynamic stability and muscle activation with its Dynamic Resistance technique, but it also incorporates slow and fast twitch ballistic muscular activity into workouts. Our students were super engaged as they persevered to try something new.  Way to go Trailblazers!
